What Comes Next? By the Books

What do you notice? What do you wonder? What comes next?

First, a picture graph shows that Week 1 has 2 open books to represent 12. Week 2 has 2 and 1-half open books to represent 15. Next, the picture graph shows that Week 3 has open books to represent 18. Last, the picture graph shows that Week 4 has 3 and 1-half open books to represent 21.
