How Many? Squares, Squares Everywhere

There are many things to count and many ways to think about the picture!

Find as many ways as you can to answer the question, “How many?”

Little Mouse sees squares everywhere in this picture. Let's help Little Mouse count by color. 6 purple squares. 6 yellow squares. 1 yellow square has a smiley face. 4 green squares. 7 blue squares. 4 red squares. And 3 teal squares.
  • What can you count in the picture? How many are there?
  • Show someone else what you counted and how you did it. Ask them to count something else in the picture and show you how they did it.
