Guess My Rule: What to Wear?

Things to wear that are inside the circle: A scarf. Mittens. Snow boots. A winter hat. Warm gloves. A winter coat. Things to wear that are outside the circle: Flip flops. Shorts. Sunglasses.
  1. Some things belong in the circle, and some things do not. There is a rule to decide what belongs in the circle. What is that rule?
  2. Which objects belong inside of the circle? Circle them. How do you know? (Hint: Think about when you’d wear each item!)
