Same & Different: Tile Patterns

Look at the two pictures. What do you notice?

A. shows a 7 by 6 array of square tiles. The first two rows are yellow tiles. The other rows are green tiles. B. shows a 6 by 7 array of tiles. 6 yellow tiles make a diagonal line from the top left corner to the bottom row. Another 6 yellow tiles make a diagonal line from the top right corner to the bottom row. The middle tile in the top row is also yellow. The rest of the tiles are green.
