Look at this set of four pictures. Decide which one doesn’t belong with the other three. Use math words to describe your thinking. There are many ways to think about each one!

A: A circle with 4 equal parts. 1 part is green. 1-fourth. B: A rectangular prism with 4 equal parts. 1 part is red. 1-fourth. C: A rectangle with 4 equal parts. 1 part is orange. 1-quarter. D: A rectangle with 8 equal parts. 2 parts are blue. 1-fourth.
