How Many? The Robot Shop

There are many things to count and many ways to think about the picture!

Find as many ways as you can to answer the question “How many?”

Two children stand outside BB's Bot Shop. An oval 'open' sign hangs over the door. The front window displays 2 shelves of robots. Each row has 3 robots. 3 of the robots have 2 arms and legs. 1 robot has 1 wheel for legs and 2 arms. 2 robots have 2 arms and 2 wheels in place of legs.
  • What can you count in the picture? How many are there?
  • Show someone else what you counted and how you did it. Ask them to count something else in the picture and show you how they did it.

Make a drawing showing something that you counted.
