What Comes Next? Growing Grids

What do you notice? What do you wonder? What comes next?

4 10 by 10 grids. The 1st has one red area 1 square wide and 1 square high and the equation 0.1 times 0.1 = blank. The 2nd has a red area 1 square wide and 2 squares high and the equation 0.2 times 0.1 = blank. The 3rd has a red area 2 squares wide and 2 squares high and the equation 0.2 times 0.2 = blank. The 4th has a red area 2 squares wide and 4 squares high and the equation 0.4 times 0.2 = blank.
