Guess My Rule: Equation Sort

Inside the circle. Equations 7 + 3 = 10, 2 + 5 = 5 + 2, and 8 = 6 + 2. Outside the circle. Equations 5 + 3 = 7, 6 = 5 + 0, and 3 + 1 = 1 + 4.
