Which One Doesn’t Belong? Kite Festival

Look at this set of four pictures. Decide which one doesn’t belong with the other three. Use math words to describe your thinking. There are many ways to think about each one!

A. shows a double 10-frame that goes up and down. It has 4 green kites (2 on the left and 2 on the right). Then it has 8 orange kites (4 on the left and 4 on the right).
