Guess My Rule: So Many Shirts

Inside the circle: 3 shirts. One is grey and has a few stripes in different colors. It has no sleeves. One has black and white stripes all over. It has short sleeves. One has colored stripes all over. It has short sleeves. Outside the circle: 3 shirts: One is white with black hearts. It has long sleeves. One is solid black and has short sleeves. One is white with black polka dots. It has short sleeves.
  1. Some shirts belong in the circle, and some do not. What is the rule to decide what belongs in the circle?
  2. Which of the shirts belong in the circle? Circle them. How do you know?
