Today’s Number: 4 Apples

A branch with apples. First, a red apple with a green leaf. Next, a red apple with a green leaf behind it. Then, a red apple with a green leaf. Last, a red apple with a green leaf.

Today’s number is 4. How do you see 4?

How can you show 4 with your fingers? What about with numbers?

Look around your home. Can you find or make sets of 4?

Here are some ideas:

  • Make a noise with your body (clapping, stomping). Can you do that 4 times?
  • Line up 4 toys in a row.
  • Draw a picture of 4 things.
