Same & Different: Hibernation

Look at the two scenarios. What do you notice?

A: During hibernation, a brown bear's heart rate drops from approximately 50 beats per minute (bpm) to about 10 bpm. B: A little brown bat has a heart rate that can be as high as 400 bpm. During hibernation, it can drop to 1-fortieth of that.
