What Comes Next? Fractional Parts

What do you notice about the fractional parts shown? What do you wonder? What comes next?

4 rectangles of the same size. 1st, a rectangle with a vertical line dividing it into halves. Next, a rectangle with 2 equal rows and 2 equal columns. Then, a rectangle with 2 equal rows and 4 equal columns. Last, a rectangle with 4 equal rows and 4 equal columns.
