Lately I’ve been making shapes on the Geoboard app.
What do all of my shapes have in common?
Did you notice that all of the shapes have the same number of sides?
Each of the shapes I made is called a quadrilateral. That means it is a 2-dimensional shape with 4 sides.
That word sounds a lot like quatro, which means 4 in Spanish. That will help me to remember it!
